Is there an easy way for me to upgrade my iPod Touch with having to reinstall all my apps? I also don't want to have to write them all down or just go from scratch. This is all I've done before. Any help appreciated

    Thanks,

App Store apps or Cydia apps?

Cydia apps. It's not like I don't know anything about jailbreaking, I've been doing it for since I got my iPod a year and a half ago and I've spent a lot of time researching how the jailbreak process works.

I am not saying you don't know anything about Jailbreaking, it's just what I asked matters in what you need to do.

Use aptbackup, all it does is make a list of your Cydia apps, put's it in your iTunes backup, and once you re-jailbreak you use it to restore your apps.

Aptbackup. It makes a list of all your apps and re-downloads everything. But you will lose all your settings to jailbroken apps. There is no way to preserve jailbreak apps across installations.
