Hi, I bought my macbook in January 08 so its a Later 07 build of the line.

Im considering upgrading its ram to 4GB, considering this product.

and my HDD to 320GB, considering this product.

    I was wondering 3 things:-
    1. would these products be compatible?
    2. That installing these yourself is end user allowed by apple?
    3. and would this void my 3 year apple care that i have on my macbook?

    1. Go to Crucial.com and use their compatibility finder to see which type of RAM you need. You can even purchase from them. Their RAM is pretty cheap.

    2. You are allowed to install the RAM Yourself. They designed it so you can do it yourself.

    3. It does not void your warranty or Apple Care.

i recommend changing the RAM, though not the hard drive, doing that is annoying and i see no point, wait, how big is yours?
