    Most people wont care about this thread, but before I had an 8GB iPod Touch 4th Gen, but I found out the hard way that it wasn't enough space. The actual space on it is actually 6.5gb or something like that. After putting all my songs and apps, then jailbroken tweaks/apps/themes, I ended with 0.2gb left. I was pretty sad, and today was actually 1 day over the 30 day return policy. I was pretty bummed out. Luckly the person there was nice enough to let me upgrade to the 32gb iPod touch. So That's what I did. I upgraded to the 32gb iPod Touch, an $80 difference, First thing I noticed was Yellowing Screen, Before i made a thread about the yellow screen, so I got that iPod Replaced, and luckly the 8gb that I got had no yellowing, This 32gb iPod Touch had yellowing screen, I was a little bit bummed, I couldn't return it because there was no more in stock. After about 3 Hours of changing the brightness, The yellowing went away, this was greeeeeeeeat!

    Right now, I'm backing up my stuff and preparing the jailbreak it with GreenPois0n since I already jailbroke my 8GB with limera1n.

    So, I would really suggest to you people not to get the 8GB iPod Touch because, there is so much apps that are large and must have for iPod Touchs, you really need to get the 32GB. If you have the money spend that extra $70 - $80, you get 4x the space, that means more themes, songs, apps, tweaks, etc.

    Thanks for reading,

    Agreed.

    8GB = Not Enough
    64GB = Too much
    32GB = Just right

    I upgraded from a 2g 8gig and realized it wasn't enough soon as I got it, but didn't care. SO I knew next iPT (the 4g i have now) I would need more space...I have 25 gigs filled up right now thanks mainly to some of my fav movies, sysk podcasts, and few tv shows xD

    Oh and are u a Chamillionaire fan lol?

    This is why I'm hoping to be getting the 32gb for my birthday, since the 8gb I would just fill easy after a while. I have about 10gb of music/movies combined just waiting to be synced.

    Thats true.

    The iPod Touch 2G/3G 8GB = $199.99 - Difference - $50
    iPod Touch 32GB 3G = $299.99 - Difference $20
    iPod Touch 64GB 3G = $399.99 - Difference $30

    The 32GB has the best price compared to previous generation.

    Note: This is in Canadian Dollars, and the Canadian Price

    You clearly can see that upgrade to 4x The space, you are paying an extra $20 from the previous generation iPod Touch, while if you bought the 8GB you will be paying an extra $50.
