I have a 16GB iPhone 3G, and I'm contemplating getting the 3GS soon. Here are some things I'm thinking about:

    • Does the Oleophobic screen feel any different than the existing one? I have a hunch that it won't feel glassy and sleek like the 3G's.
    • How much has the battery life improved?
    • Do SMS/MMS messages send quicker?
    • How vast is the speed improvement on apps?

    Anything else I should know?

    Yes, its much faster.
Screen does feel somewhat more matte.
I'd say 30-50% speed increase depending on the application.

If you can afford it, I'd say go for it.

I can clearly afford a 32GB one. I'm just worried about the Matte-ish screen. =[

I wouldn't worry about it. It's hardly noticeable or "feel-able."
