Hey, title is a little deceiving heheh, i wanted to know if its possible in the following scenario: I buy an extended warranty on my ipod touch bought in January. This extends to January 2010. If my ipod just so happens to need warranty service (in the event they REPLACE [not fix] the ipod) within a month before the warranty expires (placing me at December 2009) Would i get the Gen 1 touch replacement, or the Gen 2 touch. This is a applecare warranty, not a reseller such as future shop which i know you already would get the new ipod. Basically do they keep stock of the older ipods for waranty purposes? And don't give me answer like "probably, i think so etc." Either you know for a fact, have experienced this in the past or can read the future..... Thanks.
