When the jailbroken version of the 3.0 software comes out, when using quickpwn or quick freedom, do you have to restore your ipod? WIll you lose all of your stuff (apps, saved data, music)

With QuickPWN, no. Quickfreedom has been abandoned, so no 3.0 Jailbreak there. If you restore, you lose eveything.

Also, change your avatar, I've seen too many people with the QuickPWN logo.

If you are currently on 2.2.1, you need to upgrade to 3.0. This will cause you to "lose" all of your data (do a backup first). If you are already on 3.0, and have all of your stuff back on you ipod, jailbreaking will not cause you to "lose" your data again.
