Just looking for some confirmation possibly?

I love my 1st gen Touch. it's a 2.2 unbroken jobbie, with a fair few pages of paid for apps installed. If i decide to treat myself to a new 2nd gen Touch (or even a 3rd gen when i comes out) with more features and memory, i'm presuming the process of setting it up to get it the same as my 1st gen should be a simple affair?

as in, all music and vids can be synced from my itunes, and because i've already paid for my apps i can just download them again on the new system?

or is there a quicker all in one way to copy to my new ipod?

    thanks

Syncing through itunes is your only option worthy. And yes, you are correct. All you need to do is connect to itunes and sync the new ipod and all songs, vids, and apps will be synced onto new ipod.
