On iFixit, they sell macbook pro logic boards. I have a 2.16 GHZ. Could i buy a 2.33 GHZ logic board for my same model and upgrade? It also has a better graphics card. Here is the site.

It costs 600 dollars. Sell your macbook pro, put those 600 dollars to use and buy a better one.

Technically, it's possible, but it's a very painstaking process. Just buy a new one with a better board.

I guarantee you will not notice an improvement in speed. It will be nothing more than a waste of money. If you want a performance boost, your best bet is to upgrade the RAM. Keeping in mind the point of diminishing returns.

Good point. I might buy a refabed 15". It's $1500. I could sell mine for $800-$1000. Is it a good deal?

What is the maximum amount of memory i can put in my Macbook Pro? Its a late 07', 2.16 GHZ 15.4"
