Wow, At&t should just die and blow up.

I'm not getting th iphone 3gs. I don't care that much.. I could make a awesome gaming desktop for a little bit more.

    I hate At&t

cry more tbh, there is no company in the world that will let you upgrade to the new iphone when you have only completed half a year of your contract. In the UK you have to pay £450 for just the phone, whether you have an existing contract or not. to get an early upgrade here you have to pay something like at least a £70 a month contract

AT&T discounts the price of the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS in exchange for a two year contract with a data plan each month, and your soul. It doesnt make sense business wise for AT&T to keep on discounting the price of phones without one full filling a two year contract. I do think however, that AT&T should be a bit more easy regrading iPhone upgrades and such because we are their cash cow. With out the iPhone there barely anything. There just some crappy, high priced, and low coverage network. There network is faster than other networks in general to be fair. AT&T knows that the iPhone is pretty important and thats why the are (or were) in talk with Apple to extend their exclusivity.
