iOS 4.1 upgrade from 3.1.2 to iOS4

    I jailbroke my touch 2g with Spirit and was impressed how easy it was and now would like to update from 3.1.2 to iOS4...what the best way to go-about this please.

    Update through iTunes and jailbreak with Greenpois0n.

    Get your SHSH blobs for 4.1 Cydia should have saved them. Then find a guide on how to upgrade with SHSH blobs or something, cause if u try to update through itunes it will put 4.1 on. But you could always update to 4.1 and jailbreak with Greenpois0n or Limera1n but Greenpois0n is better in a lot of ways!

    Ah that sounds easy...does it matter if I used Spirit in the first place?

    shift-click restore to 4.1 and set up as a new iPod.
