Ok so since my other thread got closed I am making a new one(discussion of stuff thats not allowed here)

I want to update my applications and I cant update them on my computer or my ipod. None of them will load the update page. I can access the itunes store and the appstore on both my computer and my ipod but I cant get to the update part. Does any one know why it may be doing this?

And yes, all the apps I want to update are COMPLETELY LEGAL.

    Check your internet connection

Try another connecting to another network, does it work there?

Could be problems with the AppStore itself

Here is the message I get after about a minute of the loading bar-

"We could not complete your iTunes store request. The network connection was reset"

    You might also get:

"iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. The network connection was refused. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active and try again."

    It could be:

    high traffic from their end

    network issues

-Try resetting your modem and router

Ya I've gotten that message to. I dont think it's high traffic on their end as I havent been able to connect for a few days, and it's only the updating part. I'll try resetting my modem/router and see what happens. Thanks for the tips

Ok maybe it was just high traffic because I just tried before I reset anything and it worked. Now, all my apps are in categories. Do I need to remove them to update or will they update alright in the folders?
