Updated my iPot to 1.1.3....and noticed something odd. (A jailbreak feature remained)

I just updated my ipod to 1.1.3 and after everything restarted my initials are still up in the top left corner of the ipod...instead of it being "ipod" like it was out of the box.

I made this change when it was jailbroken.

Anyone else experience this? Its not a problem really cause I would actuall rather have it this way.

It's because the update doesn't touch these files.

actually I don't know if that is true. Before I had to replace my iTouch with a new one because I damaged it, I upgraded my 1.1.1 jailbroken firmware to 1.1.3 and bought the software upgrade. And I had gone through the iTouch and changed the files in the iTouch so that it said iTouch instead of iPod, but when I upgraded, it went back to iPod.

Tap the battery icon and it changes between numeric and icon. Same goes for wifi signal.
