I recently jailbreaked my ipod and now I was wondering if there was a way to get rid of icons that make my ipod look ugly (to me at least) such as clock, maps, etc...thanks in advanced

Theme them with winterboard or get SBSettings / Poof to actually hide the apps

Install SBSettings if you haven't already, swipe the status bar to bring up SBS, then click more. When the full app comes up, go onto Hide Icons and then toggle which ones you want to "disappear".

Install SBSettings (latest version) on its own, then after that install any of the add-ons you want.
