    Posixninja says that the bootrom jailbreak is tethered...he also says there is one that is untethered but can be patched....if the tethered unpatchable one came out would u get it or would u rather have the untethered patchable one??

    They may patch it anyway, so there is no reason to waste it.

    How often do you guys seriously turn off your iPod? In all the months I had a tethered jailbreak, I never once turned it off and had to boot up again.

    Whenever I change themes...sometimes I need to reboot if something is buggy or even if it freezes

    The untethered is iBoot; the tethered is bootrom. Bootrom is hardware; iBoot is software.
