I have a 16GB 1st gen iPod touch that just syncs like a 100 songs every time I connect it to iTunes. It's so frustrating because it takes like an hour to sync everytime even though I'm adding only one song. Is there any way to fix this?

yeah, just slide your slider on your ipod and it should cancel the sync,

also when its syncing at the top bar where it says whats syncing, click the "X" next to it.

    Manually manage music and videos.

Plug it in and cancel the backup. Drag the one song you want to the iPod icon. It syncs for about three fourths of a second. Unplug it and you're done.
