    is there no updates availible in cydia? they said saurik updated a fix, because some people were having problems with facetime and mms, other suggestion they made was, reset your network settings, or restore, rejailbreak.

    I have restored and re-JBed twice. Cydia is up o date. MMS shows up in settings, as well as FaceTime, but its just when I send MMS it fails.

    Are you on AT&T? If not, you'll have to change the APN Settings to be correct for your carrier's MMS. If you look it up, you'll definitely find it.

    I'm Fido. I actually got MMS/Facetime fixed, but I had to remove the ultrasn0w unlock.

    Why'd you unlock it if your phone is factory unlocked or already works on your carrier, it's only going to cause problems.

    if you're on t-mo you need to put in the correct apn settings there is a cydia app that can do it for you. repo = http://beta.leimobile.com/repo/
    app = t-mobile 4.o mms fix

    For me I unlocked for flexibility. But you're right, no use unless I'm selling. I relocked it.
    I said I was Fido.

    so you need to find out the settings for your carrier and put them in.

    settings -> general -> network -> cellular data network

    go to mms settings and fill in the blanks with the info from your carrier.

    edit:

    first thing that showed up when i googled it.

    APN: wap.fido.ca
    Timeout:: 15 minutes
    Username: fido
    Password: fido
    Primary gateway IP: 205.151.11.11
    Port: 8080

    This works for me MMSC: http://mms.fido.ca proxy: 205.151.011.011 APN; internet.fido.ca Username: fido password: fido

    i say reset the network settings before you put them in then don't forget to reboot after you put them in to test it.
