unlocked my 3G cant use it though

    hi

    i unlocked my 3.0.1 iphone 3G using ultrasnow then put in my vodafone UK sim but its asking for me to put my iphone into itunes and then when i do that it says that i cannot use it with the carrier as it is not an officially supported carrier what do i do?

    PLEASE HELP ME!!

    You forgot to unlock your phone when jailbreaking.

    Did you activate the iPhone during the jailbreak or is it stuck on the activation screen.

    If you did unlock it with ultrasn0w try restarting it but from the warning you are getting in iTunes I think you missed something.

    Are you the original owner? Have you ever updated to 3.1 or higher?
    If so, you cant unlock.
    Another issue may be that you have a 2g sim card, and therefore itunes will not activate your iphone ( i have this issue, even though my iphone is a fido phone and i have a 2g fido sim card ).
    To bypass this i would rejailbreak, and check the point where it asks if you want to activate the iphone. then once jailbroken, in cydia add the dev teams ultrasnow repo and download&install it again.
