Hi. I have an iPhone 4 that I bought at an Apple store in NY and it came with a similar from AT&T. It is locked to that network.I want to use it in Israel. I know that there is no way to unlock it with Cydia/Gevey. I wanted to unlock it via AT&T, I meet all the criteria but I can't create an account at AT&Ts because I don't know or it didn't come with a phone number. Does anyone know of a way to unlock it or how to contact AT&T to request an unlock? Thanks.
Hi. Thanks for the reply. I checked applenberry.com and the gevey there is only up to baseband 04.10.01 and my phone is on 04.12.01. So the gevey won't work on my phone. (sorry I didn't mention that before .) Unless you know of an update that I missed, and if so would be grateful to hear about. Thanks.
