unlock bar help

    i changed my unlock slider to a tap to unlock, but behind it there is still the "slide to unlock" sign flashing. the slider is gone, but the words are still there. how do i get rid of that? i have idesigner, and have tried all kinds of things. any help?

    you need to edit the SpringBoard.stings file within a theme
    if you need more help let me know, also in winterboard make sure the tap to unlock theme is above your theme you are using

    The unlock screen came with the theme, so it doesnt even show on winterboard. How do I change the springboard.sting? Help would be nice, thank you

    ssh to your ipod and put this in your themes folder then make sure its at the top of the list in winterboard and it will remove slide to unlock and sync

    If that didn't work, you're doing it wrong

    I dug into that zip file and it's exactly right

    i think i may have found the problem

    "put this in your themes folder" means put it in YOUR theme's folder

    ie: var/stash/Themes.xxxxxx/YOUR THEME/Info.plist

    i put it my theme, but still nothing happened. what do you mean by sync? is that a command i'm supposed to enter when sshing?

    no it removes the sync in progress when you connect your ipod to itunes,
    make sure that file i sent is at the very top of winterboard, worked fine on mine
