I just recently did everything i was told to do in the new jailbreak2 guide from this website. success! Except once the software was loaded, I unplugged it, thinking it was done. Then i noticed that my ipod didn't turn on. I thought it was bricked, so i posted a thread on this site hoping to fix my ipod. And it did! But it also downloaded and installed the new 2.2.1 and now its not jailbreaking. If i try the the !iBSS211.dfu command it either says lots of stuff as soon as I type ./rslite. Or when i reopen terminal, is says
    [Recovery] !iBSS211.dfu
    Executing: iBSS211.dfu
    Memory image not valid
    Execution error
    [Recovery]
    Can someone please help me??

This is where I failed when I did mine. See where it says [Recovery] on the left? Your iPod is not in DFU Mode. If it is, it would say [DFU]. You must send !iBSS211.dfu when it is in DFU Mode. To get into DFU Mode, have it on, then Press and HOLD the Home and Power Buttons for at least ten seconds, then let go of the Power Button, BUT KEEP HOLDING the Home Button for at least seven more seconds, best until ten. Then start rslite again and send all the commands.

When in DFU Mode, it will look like this(one mine at least):

    Code:
    JLOCALLED-MACBOOKPRO:Boot2GiPodtouch jlocalled$ ./rslite
rslite - by the iPhone Dev Team, 2009.
    --THIS IS AN UNSUPPORTED TOOL--

    Connecting...
    Apple Mobile Device (DFU Mode)
CPID:____ CPRV:__ CPFM:__ SCEP:__ BDID:__ ECID:________________
     SRTG:[iBoot-240.4]
    [DFU] !iBSS211.dfu
    Executing: iBSS211.dfu
    OK
    JLOCALLED-MACBOOKPRO:Boot2GiPodtouch jlocalled$

Otherwise in Recovery Mode it might look something like this:

    Code:
    JLOCALLED-MACBOOKPRO:Boot2GiPodtouch jlocalled$ ./rslite
rslite - by the iPhone Dev Team, 2009.
    --THIS IS AN UNSUPPORTED TOOL--

    Connecting...
