I was wondering if there was a way to uninstall cydia apps manually
i installed a 5 row app earlier..and i think it might be FiveIrows bt the problem is that FiveIrows is now split into 2 different apps, gui and no gui..i have tried both..and uninstalled them..to see if it works..but it doesnt
there isnt any other apps that works like that..and i cant find the package under installed packages either...

    Apt-get remove/delete (insert .deb here)

Can't remember if it's delete or remove or uninstall, but you can delete them via terminal, ether ssh or on the phone/iPod, with apt-get.

But Cydia uses the apt delete to uninstall anyway, no? If it didn't get rid of it thru cydia, apt likely won't do anything either.
