Uninstall bsd subsystem

    is there any way to uninstall bsd subsystem from installer, because right now all I can do is reinstall

    uhh im sure u can do it manually... but yea.. why would u want to?

    you need it for a lot of programs to work, so why would you want to?

    Removing the bsd subsystem will make many of your applications crash back to springboard. Any app that uses unix commands to perform their tasks will also crash. Trust me when I say that you do not want to Uninstall the BSD Subsystem.

    If you really want it gone, either create your own repository and give the bsd the option of uninstall, or manually delete each of the files that it installs.

    I guess its not that much of a problem now, though. I wanted to uninstall everything in installer before, because I wanted to restore as fast as possible before taking it back to best buy because of a few dead pixels, but now that I look at it, the apps are so small, it wouldn't make that much of a difference.
