Unibody MacbookPro Broken Screen...

    Hey everyone. I recently cracked my screen on my unibody macbookpro and so instead of sending it off to get fixed i decided to try and fix it myself. So the first stage was to remove the broken glass and this is relatively easy as it is held down by double sided tape. However after removing this whole front panel of glass i turned the computer back on to see

    what i want to know is whether it is a physical problem or whether it could be a connection or something?!

    any help appreciated

    That seems to be a physical problem, but I'm not sure.

    Physical. You might get a new one.
    Or if youre lucky you got garuntee.

    i think i voided the warranty when i decided to remove the glass

    oh well i guess ill have to get a new screen and new glass!!

    well put it back in there, and keep it clean and avoid removing marks, there might be a little chance. Trying costs nothing ;P
