Hey guys, just replaced my ipod that was a replacement with a lot of scratches and dents around the bezel and the glue. But now, this new replacement has a scratch around the bezel as well, just a tiny one. Should I just leave it or what? I know you can't get a perfect one. Should I replace it again? They say again it's a brand new one but has a scratch! And also even if I had a refurbished one, it must have a new casing, and there is also a scratch as well!

    What shall I do?

    Thank You.

Just make silly threads asking for others to make life's simple decision for you.

Complain about this at a loud voice in the store while other customers can listen to it. Force them to get the store manager for you and complain about the bad service. Get really angry and aggressive. If you are annoying enough they might give a a brand-new iPod just to get rid of you.

As long as the scratch is not on the screen its self, I would just ignore it.
I also suggest you to get a silicone case, that way you won't notice it and you will protect your iPod from any other scratches or stuff..

Well, it's practically Apple's fault, the shop (krcs) said that you can't get a perfect ipod touch and so on, so can't replace it. If I go to another authorized seller, they say, it depends and only have limited replacements on certain occassions which bugs me.
