    Hey guys,

I'm having a bit of trouble.
I can't get my ipod touch (2g with jailbreak) to turn on.
When i press the sleep button nothing happens. I held it down for over 100+ seconds but still no reaction.

Also, when i hook it up to the computer nothing happens and itunes doesn't detect it.

However, when I put it into dfu mode itunes says its in recovery mode.
I don't want to start over from scratch because I recently reformatted my harddrive so none of my apps/music/videos are backed up.

Any idea how i can access my files via something like ssh?
I tried using iphone tunnel suite and winscp to browse my files but it says connection timed out.

try and hold home and power for 10-15 seconds and let go. It should reboot after that.
