Successfully jailbreaked the 1st time but had to do a restore to the Touch through iTunes (it was not getting past the apple sign). After successfully jailbreaking again, this time I am unable to SSH into the Touch and get the following message in the terminal (Cyberduck on the other hand gains access but after notifying of a host mismatch) . Any solution?

    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY!
Someone could be eavesdropping on you right now (man-in-the-middle attack)!
It is also possible that the RSA host key has just been changed.
The fingerprint for the RSA key sent by the remote host is
    ca:c3:ad:a4:4f:1b:fb:27:7e:6d:6a:20:b4:8c:bb:3e.
    Please contact your system administrator.
Add correct host key in /Users/Sol/.ssh/known_hosts to get rid of this message.
    Offending key in /Users/Sol/.ssh/known_hosts:1
RSA host key for 10.0.1.197 has changed and you have requested strict checking.

Ok...so I realised (as the tutorial says) that I must delete the Known_Hosts file in the .SSH folder, but I can't find that folder on my hard drive (looked everywhere and did a spotlight search but no luck)...any advice?

You may need to forward port 22 in your router to the IP of your iPod touch
