Okay, first open your hosts file. Remove the line (if its there) that says:
    Code:
    [randomnumbers] gs.apple.com
After that, if you have TinyUmbrella, then open it. If not, skip to the next paragraph. Go to the Advanced tab and uncheck "Set hosts to Cydia on exit."

Now open iTunes and try to restore. If not restart your computer and try again.

Try this, make a custom ipsw via redsn0w and use your SHSH. Stitch it togather and use pwned DFU mode and try to restore it.

hurm, for me it just work. Never said something that we don't know unless we know that's the true.. IC prob will cause your iPhone to :-

    1- dead
    2- no signal(wifi,data, and service)
    3- no sim installed
4- charging indicator is on but not charging ( even you replace 100 piece's of new batt
5- can't use the touch screen (even you changed 1000 times)
6- mic and etc that should be new or replace but still can't working..

Getting this type of error codes usually cause by the os that currently installed seriously refused to be restored. So you have to enter DFU mode either using redsn0w or snowbeeeze method ( u really need to test it both) and stich your shsh with ipsw - custom ipsw JUST ONLY FOR YOUR PHONE and that should take care of it
