I don't know why I've tried everything but for some reason I can't connect to my Dads Belkin Router

My iPod has been added to the MAC filter, I've entered the WEP key in the password numerous times correctly but I still can't connect.

    What am I doing wrong?

I just purchased a Belkin myself, and I'm to connect just fine.

In your case, maybe it can't find the network ... are the Wi-Fi Settings turned on for your device [ipod]?

If that's the case, try this:
    1. On your home menu go to SETTINGS
    2. Scroll to WI-FI
    3. move the horizontal button from OFF to ON.

    Hope this helps.

Can you connect with a different device? A laptop for example?

You could always try removing the password from your router for a minute, to see if you can successfully connect. Also resetting it would most likely fix the problem.
