Aside from restoring it, is there anything else I should do to make sure it is at default factory settings? Do we have to move our apps or wallpapers back if we used Boss Tool to move them for more space?

I am returning mine back to the store due to a constant hiss issue while having headphones connected, I want to be sure it isnt detected that it was jailbroken. Thanks for any help

Restoring will make it like a brand new virgin touch. You won't need to do anything else.

I think a recovery mode restore should do the trick. (plug ipod into computer then hold power and home buttons till the apple logo appears. Then release the power button but continue to hold the home button.) The rest is self explanatory.

Lol at brand new "virgin" touch

Alright guys i'll do that then, my apps and wallpapers will be in the original spots? I moved those with Boss Tools going to do that restore right now

P.S. Has anyone had any issues with a constant hiss on there touches when the volume is over 50?
