Umm wtf??

    ok my ipod touch wont show the battery when i charge it, it does charge but it doesn't show me its charging.. started happening 2 days ago, suddenly, i tried turning it off then on but that doesn't work either. Can anyone help?

    the only thing i can suggest is to do a restore but thats if you realy want the battery icon showing....

    you have any lockscreen themes enabled? If so, disable them and try.

    some themes have an overlay.png that covers every page including the lockscreen even when charging
    just unselect the theme if it really bugs you or if you want delete the png from the theme folder

    Does the charging battery show in the top right?
    If so, it has something to do with your theme.

    Do what @NitroBum suggested, and disable your theme or delete overlay.png from your theme folder via Secure Shell (SSH) or iPhoneBrowser.
