    I'm sure that there will be some legal catch involved, such as signing the legal contract that binds you into a minimum 2 year contract with AT&T before the actual purchase is confirmed.

    I'd bet that the guy will take out the iphone and not give it to you until you hand him your credit card.

Drowning in a pool. Of your own blood. You ok there?... Hello...?.... I'll just take the iPhone now......." Slowly run away :)

    Hahahahahaha, I wonder if it's possible to have like, an account that one never has to pay for. Like for VIPs. Or how iPhones at the Apple Store, you can call people, with no charge to you.

    I think it's still possible to obtain a copy of iTunes 7.7 "iPhone activating edition". Which would probably allow you to unbrick the iPhone.
