Well... I'm getting my ipod touch soon... so wanted some heads up when i get it.

    1. I heard there was a untethred jailbreak (doesn't need to jail break everytime when ipod touch is restarted?) When is it coming out?
    2. If i jailbreak it, can i plug it in my pc and still use internet? Will it be bearred (tracked) or something?
    3. A good tut for the new ipod touch 3rd gen 8gb?

No re-jailbreak, just use it as a booter. All your jailbreak stuff will still be there.
But essentially yes, but how often is your iPod turned off? Not that ofter, better battery life if you keep it in sleep mode.

its not bad at all. it takes less than 60 seconds and all your jailbreak content is left just as you left it prior to shutting down.

You run blackra1n, I say re-jailbreak because it easier to understand for most then to say use it as booter.
