So I jailbroke 2.0, and after download one or two small things on cydia, it tells me that I'm almost out of room and I should delete pictures or video. I don't think there's a bosstool for 2.0, so how can I fix this? Make a bigger root partition in pwnage?

You can do the harder thing by making OS partition larger, or you can set up symmlinks.

Try entering these commands in a Terminal application.

    cp -r /Applications /private/var/Applications
    rm -fr /Applications
    ln -s /private/var/Applications Applications
    ls -la

I had that same problem. I went back and enlarged the root partition size, keeping in mind to keep enough room for my music, pics, and videos.

What operating system do you have on your computer?

You can enter the commands I posted from Mobile Terminal on your iPod.

    You can use Terminal. (Applications/Utilities/Terminal)

    Enter this command:

    ssh root@iPod'sIPaddress

*Find your iPod's IP address in Settings>Wifi>Select Network > IP (It's probably something like 192.168.2.3)

Upon entering that command, you will probably be prompted to enter your password (alpine).

From there, you're good to go and can enter in the symlink commands.
