I watched this video and followed the steps exactly. When it got to the point at about 5:00 I was supposed to reboot my iPod. I did. But it never turned back on.

It is now stuck on the pineapple loading screen.

I can't restore factory defaults... I can't really do anything.

    What do I do?

P.S. It seems like someone else who watched this video had the same problem:

You need to enter it in to DFU mode:
Hold down the home and power button for 10 seconds.
Let go of the power button while holding the home button.
In about 20-30 seconds iTunes will recognize it and you can restore.

yeah probably. but there's no proof.

turn the ipod off, hold home and power for 10 seconds, and continue holding home till it enters DFU. Then restore through iTunes. And if you are cracking apps, go fall in a ditch.
