I have searched this and other forums for a while now. I have a JB iPoT with 1.1.1 and all the 3rd party Apps that I have fully customized using iPhoneBrowser. Is there really ANY reason that I have to go back to 1.1.2 (or 1.1.3) other than telling iTunes not to update every time. I have backed up all my Apps, but I don't want to have to upgrade to .3 then down to .1 or .2 JB, then go back up to .2 or .3 (or the next update) every time and reinstall everything each time new firmware comes out. I have read about some of the "fixes" that the newer firmware is supposed to fix, but I haven't really had any problems so don't see them as fixes for me.

if you're happy with 1.1.1 just stick with it. I have a jailbroken 1.1.2 the only advantage that i've seen is that I got slightly better battery life, but nothing too amazing. If it's going to be too much of a hassle, don't bother.
