Well, it's been a total of 6 days. And the V-Modas have FAILED me. Not even in an Epic way. The left side has completely died, in terms of sound. I'm really hoping that I can return it because it'd be a b*tch if I couldn't. So now, I guess the choice is between the following from 6 days ago, along with some new ones:

    1. http://store.apple.com/us_kiosk_127...ar&fnode=MTY1NDA0Ng&mco=MjQzMzYyMQ&s=topRated
    2. http://store.apple.com/us_kiosk_127...ar&fnode=MTY1NDA0Ng&mco=MjE0NDgzOQ&s=topRated

If no choice can be reached, I'm defaulting on 30 dollar Apple buds, since I've had the best luck (In terms of durability) with those. Sound may not be as good, but at least they'll last me longer than 6 days :|

More information on what I want, thanks to Chungie

Mainly rock (Hendrix, Muse, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, etc) & classical. Though I like the bass in those songs to feel low. I like hearing the bass hit.
Tips don't matter, kinda prefer non-over the ear, I don't mind the noise from the wires whatsoever. Price range is around 100 dollars.

Just a few questions before I could recommend your some IEMs.
First off, what types of music do you listen to? What kind of sound do you like, do you want a really really bassy sound, or a kind of neutral sound? Do you prefer silicon tips, foam tips or don't mind. Do you mind wearing the wire over the ear? (I'll get a pic of me wearing the SE110's over my ear in a sec) Do you mind cable noise? Many small details you might want to include in your post?
    Wire over ear design.

Also, 6 days?! I am guessing you snapped the internal wire or you may have tugged on the wire too hard.

My V-moda's have been going strong for ~7 months. Sorry to hear yours are dead. :/
I hear people rave about the Radius atomic bass earbuds, and they're only $40/$50 w/ mic. Never tried them though.

I can immediately say no to the SE110s. They just lack so much bass to make any music enjoyable. CX300's have boomy bass, probably as much as your skullcandys, mids are decent nothing special but one thing is that treble lacks. I don't know what makes the perfect classical sound, all I know is wide soundstage

Unfortunately I haven't heard of any Altec Lansings or JBL IEMs. May I suggest you look at some Denons AHC 751 (I think that's the correct product code) I tried some a couple of weeks ago and I myself found they were very good for rock. As I don't have any classical music, I don't know how they would sound :/
