On Some Songs, 1/5 Of The Songs, When Ever I Play Them On Part Of The Songs It Kinda Skips, As If It Was A CD And It Was Scratched. Its Not The song (mp3 file).
The Song Plays Perfectly In Itunes. Everytime I Restore My Ipod These "scrathes" Move To Other Songs. So Its Never The Same Song With These "Scrathes."
I Got My Ipod Brand New In March 2008.
    Its A 16g Gen1
And I Notice This A Few Weeks After I Bought It, I Kinda Ignore It.
    I Then Jailbroken It LOL.
So Yeah, I Didn't Try To Contact Apple Because My Warranty Had Already Been Voided.
    Does Anyone Have/Had This Problem?
    Is It Fixable?

Restore and take it to Apple, if the problem remains.

Which firmware are you on, what quality tracks are these? If you aren't on firmware 2.2.1, and these tracks are all Apple Lossless, then you just upgrade to 2.2.1 and the problem will be fixed.

OT: Why Capitalise Every Single Letter Like This?

    I'm On 1.1.5.
I Got My Ipod When It Was In 1.1.3 I Believe, Then I Upgraded To 1.1.4. When It Came It And Then 1.1.5, , But The Problems Still Remains.
I Have Restored Numerous Times, , And These Glitches Or Whatever Only Go Transfer To Others Songs.

What file format are they? As thechungster mentioned, this was a known bug with lossless files that was fixed with firmware 2.2.1:

"Apple has released its iPhone Software 2.2.1 Update for the iPhone, iPhone 3G, first-, and second-generation iPod touch. According to Apple, the iPhone update offers “bug fixes and improvements,” including improved stability for Safari, and a fix for an issue where some images saved from Mail didn’t display correctly in the Camera Roll. The iPod touch update also fixes an issue that caused some Apple Lossless files to skip during playback. iPhone Software 2.2.1 is available now through the Update feature in iTunes. "

Sorry for the off-topic, but why do you capitalize the first letter in every word of your sentence?
