I would just like to take a moment to mention two additions to our official forum rules. Please be advised that these rules take effect immediately and should have been followed prior to adding them officially to the list anyways.

    1. Creating a multiple account after being banned
    2. The posting, sharing or discussion of ROMs (we are open to discussions surrounding emulators but the discussion or sharing of ROMs is not allowed)

Cool but why talk about emulators and not the roms?

Because the emulator itself is not illegal, it is the ROMs and BIOS files that are.

I think what he meant was why talk about emulators if you can't talk about roms, because without roms the emulator itself is useless.

Neither of which appeal to me, as i don't plan on getting banned (Really, it's your choice if you want banned or not), and ROMs/Emulators are boring.

    Problems installing, updates, bugs, etc.

I thought multiple accounts in general were no-go?

They are but it was put as "creating a multiple account to break the rules" and has been changed to creating a multiple account after being banned. Sure, we don't allow it at all but we certainly can't catch everyone but if they're banned it's likely we can.

Also, if you ask a moderator or administrator if you can create another account for a specific reason and they clear you (this is not oftenly done), this is okay.
