Ok so i have two quick questions? why hasn't a jailbreak been release for 3.1.3 yet on old bootrom devices and also why cant i restore to a 3.1.3 Custom Software on a early bootrom stock 3GS. by the way this is just for my own informational purposes i dont have a 3gs yet just wondering why its not possible to just restore strait to a 3.1.3 custom firmware from a non-jailbroken state but it works perfectly fine in a jailbroken state?

    Richard.

Its because once you upgrade on a 3GS you can't downgrade with apple servers, you'll need to keep 3.1.2 locally(SHSH).
