What is the app called that allows you to boost the overall volume of your iPhone? And is there a way to add my own ringtones? Thank you.

I believe the program is called "VolumeBoost" and it is in Cydia under the iClarified source.

There are a few ways to add your own ringtones. The easiest thing I have found is to use iTunes and "Create ACC Version" of the sound clip you want as a ringtone; Take that file and change the extension to .M4R and SSH that file into your ringtones folder of your iPhone.

Or editing it in garageband I find is easier as you can just click export when you've selected what you want the tone to be, then all done

I've never really looked at Garageband but good point; that is also a good way to put your own ringtones on a non jailbroken phone.
