i already knew how to do this but you got it right. basically the same way i do it
Cool thanks for the tutorial. I'm going to be working on a new avatar soon thanks to you Chucky.
Make sure you share.....Wish you luck on it!
edit: I'm going to get off now and turn off my computer and get some rest, I haven't slept since 2 nights before. bye! I'll try to bring a simple surprise, no..not another tutorial, lol.
Chucky. Being a long time graphics person myself, I can truly say you are very helpful to new people.
The only thing I suggest is to delve into more difficult things. You see, you are GREAT at simplifying things, and I could totally see you writing a basic tutorial for Curves, or the Extract filter (both VERY important in my case.)
Anyways, nice job on this one. A tip to people making reflections though, is it is a good idea to lower the opacity of your reflected item and also maybe create a foreground->background gradient to make it look like it is standing on something.
Just my thoughts
Thanks for your suggestion. I did say it was for beginners. I will increase the level of it as we move along.
I'm lovin' these tutorials. You should start a Wordpress blog.
I think I have enough here. And it's great to see my tutorials are being loved, lol.
Wow, nice tut. I've been having to learn photoshop on my own because I didn't take the class in school, and this really helps.
I'm glad it helped. And you should had taken that class.
