Hey I thought I would help other people like me that are still learing, so here goes.

    STEP1

Make sure you have ICONS that are blank I mean by making them trainsparent.

    STEP2

Take the icons out of the theme you have that you want hidden.

    STEP3

I use WinScp so go to Applications
Find the folder you want to change permissions,
    Right Click it
    Go to Properties
Type "755" in the Octal box
And then click the checkmark that says:
    "Set group, owner and permissions"

    STEP4

Go into the file you want hidden what i do is i change the icon.png that is already in there to another name (iconn.png), then put the blank icon in.

    STEP5

Go to Customize then to Icon Display Order then to Manual Reorder, you then can move the black icons anywhere you like.

    THE END!!

You can add as many blank icons as you like, I put 4 in so that in the middle is all missing apps so I only have icons around the edge.

I hope this was some help to you.
