    Hello iFans,

This will be my first tutorial here on iFans, so I hope I've done everything alright here and if I've forgotten or done something wrong, don't be afraid to point it out. Anyways, some users on a rare occasion may experience error 127 with Redsn0w since the latest iTunes, and due to the fact it's a rare occasion it's hard to find a fix. While browsing Google for a little while, I found a fix that actually worked, and since it took a while to find one that works I've decided to post it here where it can easily be found. Let's begin...

    Requirements:
    • Latest iTunes (Currently 10.6.1.7)
    • Latest Redsn0w (Currently 0.9.10b8b)
    • iOS 5.x.x Compatible Device (May work on earlier/later versions)

    Steps:

    1. Place Redsn0w.exe and all of the other files included in the release in their own folder (If not done already.)

    2. Navigate to:
    • Windows Vista/7 Users (32bit/x86): C/Program Files/Common Files/Apple/Apple Application Support/SQLite3.dll
    • Windows Vista/7 Users (64bit): C/Program Files (x86)/Common Files/Apple/Apple Application Support/SQLite3.dll

    3. Copy "SQLite3.dll" from the Apple Application Support folder and place it in the same folder as your Redsn0w files.

    4. Right click on "redsn0w" and run it as an administrator

    And you're done!

Are you 100% sure that you have the latest version of Redsn0w and iTunes? If so and it's still not working and you are on Windows (Vista +), right click on redsn0w.exe and run it in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP3.
