You could go to Settings/WiFi and turn it off. It will never come back on unless you put it that way. Or, you can restrict Safari or YouTube in Settings/General/Restrictions!

Why would you want to do that though??

Well here's a texting app that's completely free: textplus. I use it and it is very, very nice. And for free calling there's: iCall

if you really want it permanently gone, well unless you restore or update, just ssh and find something to do with wifi or a network, and delete it... lol

also, if your mom is scared of idk what, safari has a history and the programs(i know aim does and im sure others do) save your conversations.. so maybe tell her that? instead of erasing your network abilities lol or download sbsettings and turn off wifi and be like MOM RED MEANS BROKEN SHUT UP ALREADY

    lol idk just an idea

swimming around your ipod deleting system files is not a good start to treating your ipod well, don't do it
