I've had a few incidents of people I know intentionally disabling my iPod by typing in the wrong password. I was wondering if there was any way to keep the password but remove the "iPod is disabled" mode. I have a jailbroken iPod with Terminal and iFile.

I wouldn't say this is a stolen iPod, I've had that annoying person who threatens to disable my phone if I don't tell them the passcode.

Try downloading "Passcode Lock Preventer" on Cydia?

I lost my Ipod, and found it 2 weeks later inside my baby's car seat. The Ipod now says that it has been disabled for roughly 55 years.

I think you'll just restore the phone, it'll be the best for it. And you just change the passcode. Woop-dee-do. There you go.
