Tuch as an extern drive?????

    How do I access the Ipod Touch as an extern drive??? I shows as a camera in "My Computer". I would like to access it and store things on it! I have no wifi and want to access it to store my comics on it. Can anyone help me????

    Ok...thing is..I have NO wifi! The Ipod shows as a camera in windows and I can´t access it like the classic...I need to get rid of the "camera-mode" and get into the "drive-mode"!

    is there any way for the ipod to act as a usb or to boot from it as a usb? I also want to access it like the classic's disk mode

    Disk mode like the other ipods is non existent on the ipod touch and iphone. That's why they are formatted mac or pc specific anymore.

    Ok...BUT i have read that people have accessed their touch with "Total Commander", copied files and made new directorys manualy...How do we explain that then??

    Yes, you can do that and you can ssh in wireless but that not acting as a flash drive.

    that would be SSH. you can only do that if you jailbreak. They do that by accessing the root filesystem. But it's not a flash drive, just a file management.

    Ok..SSH...But there´s no way to access the root without WIFI then...or am I just stupid? From sweden...He he he!
