trying to install apps

    when i try to install some aps it says some of the applications in your itunes library are not installed including wifinder were not installed because you are not authorised on this computer also ones i had on my ipod are not on it now can anyone help thanks

    Some apps will only work with the latest firmware updates... what firmware are you on?

    dont know how do i find out but itunes just updated my ipod

    Your firmware version is shown in the iTunes screen for your device or you can check it on your device under Settings -> General - > About -> Version.

    Also have you tried redownloading them. You of course only pay for your App Store apps once. When you redownload you will not be charged.

    i just restored to older software 2.21 all my applications are not on my ipod now bit i still have them in my itunes library and still getting same error it wont install 6 apps

    from i stores i just seen i have lost 5gig of music that was on it aghhhh

    Delete them on your device/iTunes and redownload them from the App Store.

    Chill, just sync your device and your music will be re-transferred from your computer via iTunes to your device.

    nope lost over 1000 songs only got 225 on ipod now and i think thats some of them i put on today
    ------------------double post merged------------------
    its saying on my itunes 1091 songs but cant get them on to ipod have fixed the applications had to re authorise in settings
