The name of the file is: FSO_LockIcon.png
To correctly change it you have to make a new theme. Then make a new folder called "Folders" and in that folder make a new folder called "SpringBoard.app" and place the png in there.

Either way just have to know how to set it up. In some of my theme I have it com.apple.springboard and in other I have it SpringBoard.app but both ways work.
