I'm starting this thread so peolple can voice there opinions on 4.1
    Is it really worth it?

I currently jailbroken on 4.0 and I see no reason to upgrade.
My jailbreak is untethered, fast and flawless. Cydia runs great , no issues at all.

The lime rain jailbreak in not compatible with my device but even if it was ,
    I don't see a reason to update.

People are reporting tons of issues with lime ra1n.
Plus the majority of cydia apps are not compatiable with 4.1
Plus none of the themes are setup right for 4.1, all the folders have been moved

Does anyone see a reason that 4.1 is really better that 4.0
    I'm not interested in gamecenter.

The only reasons that I know of for people wanting to upgrade to 4.1 and jailbreak are GameCenter and the slightly increased speed. I have a 2nd Gen. 8GB MC Model iPod Touch on 4.0 and jailbroken with Jailbreakme.com 2.0 Star. Everything seems to be running great, but sometimes 4.0 does lag, even without being jailbroken.

Well I didn't update to 4.0, so coming from 3.1.3 I say it was worth it. I feel like I have a new iPod. Seeing as how I had to start over and such.

I like 4.1, but never had 4.0.x so I can't really compare, if you have native folders, and an iDevice that has known issues with LimeRa1n, then don't update. Also I've had some problems with themes (Lockscreen in particular).

I JUST downgraded from 4.1 to 4.0 and..

To be honest, the only thing that mattered even a little bit to me was gamecenter(and even that wasn't as good as it sounded). I see very little difference when it comes to speed between the two...

I say just stay on 4.1. Not a huge speed difference, and the only thing worth upgrading for is kinda "Meh".
