Hey guys long time reader, first time poster. I've have my touch for a little over a month now and I am starting to get a few problems when listening to
music. The song will randomly stop and then the volume on the headphones doesn't work and it will play through the speakers. This is a hassle when trying to listen to music at school etc. Is there any way to fix this or should I take it back to where I got it from? Thanks in advance.

So it only works through the speakers... if your headphones don't work have you tried varies headphones?? If you have a backup why don't you try to restore it let see it will work. If you have warranty then you should have no problem returning it.

It will occasionally work through the speakers but not all the time. I have tried other headphones and I get the same problem. my brother got this for me and I'm not too sure if he got warranty with it. I've got the receipt for it though.
